Polartec NeoShell

Новата материя от Polartec, NeoShell използва мембрана с нова структура, която за разлика от водоустойчивите мембрани на пазара досега позволява по-голям двупосочен обмен на въздух. NeoShell пропуска въздух отвън, който охлажда тялото и помага на влагата да се изпари по-бързо и прави материята проветрива, докато старите технологии разчитат на топлината на тялото да „избута” влагата навън и запаряват кожата. NeoShell, the new fabric from Polartec makes use of a new type of membrane which unlike other waterproof membranes allows bidirectional airflow through the garment. This means that it lets air in, which cools and helps to wick moisture away from the skin, while old technology counts on body heat generating enough pressure to "push" moisture through the membrane and can feel stuffy. NeoShell is water- and windproof, lightweight and less noisy than a hardshell. It allows you to make the most of your winter adventures and once you are back home you can safely put it in the washing machine. NeoShell is represented in the winter collections of RAB, Marmot, 66North, Vaude, Mammut, North Face and Westcomb, and was awarded the UK's Derryk Draper Award for innovation and deisign by the Outdoor writers & photographers guild, as well as Polartec's Apex Award.
